We make every effort to provide accurate, updated information. However, we reserve the right to edit, modify, or remove content at any time.
All bookings and design services are subject to availability. By scheduling a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to our payment, refund, and cancellation policies.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation Fees
All consultation fees are non-refundable.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of your design package. Design work will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
When Work Begins
Work begins immediately after the consultation once the client signs the project proposal and scope of work. This includes any part of the design process such as research, sourcing, inspiration development, mood boards, digital design preparation, or layout planning.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels after the consultation but before work begins (before signing the proposal), a refund of any deposit paid may be issued minus the non-refundable consultation fee and a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation After Work Begins
Once design work has started and/or the proposal has been signed:
➡ All fees paid are non-refundable.
No exceptions are made for changes of mind, project delays, or personal circumstances, as time and creative labor have already been invested.
Revisions
Each design service includes the number of revisions stated in the agreed-upon scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will incur an additional fee.
Final Delivery
Final design boards, layouts, and digital materials are delivered once the remaining 50% balance is paid. Failure to complete payment will delay delivery.
Consultation Policy
All consultations—virtual or in-person—are paid, scheduled appointments and are non-refundable. Consultations provide design guidance, discuss project goals, review needs, and determine the appropriate service package.
Consultations do not include delivery of design boards or layouts; these are provided only with a booked design service.
